Why the size limit exists

Almost every boat removal company in Florida advertises “any size, any condition.” Very few of them mean it. The equipment that handles a 22-foot bowrider — a truck and a trailer — is useless against a 44-foot ketch with a 6-foot draft and a standing rig, and the companies that own only that equipment respond to those calls by not calling back.

We went the other way and built the business around the vessels that break that model. The cranes, the travel-lift relationships, the DOT over-dimensional permits and the rigging experience all exist for boats 28 feet and up. We will happily take a smaller boat — it is an easy day for the same crew — but the big ones are the reason this company exists, and they are what we are genuinely better at than anyone quoting you a per-foot rate.

How we operate

We provide our current certificate of insurance on request before any work begins, and we will name your marina, boatyard or HOA as additional insured where that is required. Ask for it — from us and from anyone else you are considering.

Why there is no street address on this site

We are a mobile service-area business. There is no showroom and no counter to walk up to — the crane, the trailer and the crew come to wherever your boat is, and the hull goes to a partner yard or a licensed disposal facility afterwards. Publishing an office address would suggest a place you could usefully visit, and there isn't one.

That is a normal and fully supported model — Google's Business Profile rules have a specific category for it — but we know it is also what fake operators hide behind, so here is the distinction. Ask us where our crew dispatches from and we will tell you. Ask which yard your hull is going to and we will name it. Our legal entity, licence number, USDOT number and insurance carrier are all listed above, and every one of them can be checked against public records without taking our word for anything. An address on a website proves nothing; those numbers do.

Marinas, boatyards, HOAs and insurance adjusters who need our full details for a vendor file or a certificate of insurance: ask and you will have them the same day.

What we will tell you not to do

If your vessel qualifies for Florida's Vessel Turn-In Program, take it — the state removes the boat at no cost to you and we do not get the job. If your boat has real resale value, sell it rather than paying us to destroy it. And if it is a small trailerable boat that a general junk-removal company could take for a fraction of our price, we will point you there — we are glad to do smaller boats, but not at your expense. We would rather be the company that told you that than the one that took the money.
